Please find the register entrance in homepage,then register to join yoybuy. Enter the necessary information and click “Sign Up”. A verification letter will be sent to your registered e-mail address, please click the link in your letter to activate your account. Then you will be a fully registered member that ready to shop safely in China.
Can I change my Email address?
Yes, you can. Please sign in to our website, Go to “Personal Profile” on the left side of the page. Then click “Change E-mail” on the top and enter your new e-mail address.
Can I change my user name?
Sorry, you will not be able to. Once selected your user name, it cannot be changed. Please choose carefully before you register.
What should I do if I forget my password or registered email address?
