1、 Before transportation, the yoybuy customers had better acquaint yourselves with current situation of the local customs. In countries with high rate of customs clearance, there is not need to pay any fees. However, in countries with low rate of customs clearance, customers may be required to pay high tariffs, such as Argentina.  
    At present, the possibility of EMS goods being detained by customs is very slim. Most of them can directly reach your door. In the event that your parcel was detained, you should pay a certain amount of tariffs to get it. Every region has its own standard in the collection of customs duties, please consult the local customs for more information.

2、 We hope the clients can give us some instructions about the weight of each parcel. For example, what weight is the watershed of paying duty? And please tell your sales the proper amount as the declared value to avoid tax for your parcel.

3、 EMS express company promises that parcel will reach the other country in 5 - 7 days. But generally speaking it will be relatively slow in busy season. Affected by heavy work, the delivery may be extended to 10-12 Days,
    Three days after the delivery, the status of the parcel will be kept updating on the EMS website. If you have not received the packages after 12 days, please stay calm and track the information on your own country’s postal website.

4、 When EMS package has reached your country, whatever the problem is, please do not refuse to sign for it easily. There is a risk that we may not get the parcel.

5、 EMS package has reached your country, but as a result of your mistakes, it’s undeliverable or the customs demand to return it, you need to shoulder the cost of returning and re-shipping by yourself. Sometimes the returning is free of charge, in this case, you should only pay for the re-shipping fee.

Frequently Asked Questions -- International packages

1、 International package includes Air parcel, surface parcel and SAL parcel, the price is relatively low with EMS. Air parcel was promised to reach the other country in 10 - 20 days. But for some reason, it may take up to 30 days. If the package has not yet arrived after a month, please visit your country’s tracking website for more information. Chinese tracking site is updated according to the feedback from your country, so yours is more prompt and accurate.

2、  International air parcel (for goods less than 2kg) was promised to arrive other country in 20 - 30 days. The way of information tracking is the same as that of international packages.
