These days, we always get some questions about the stock of goods. Herewith we post this article to make a clear explanation about this. Dear customers, please read it carefully before you place your order.

The information of stock on Taobao webpage is always not true.
Because the listing on Taobao is totally free, and most sellers are individual, the webpage was always not updated in time. It’s not the same as Ebay. Ebay will charge seller money but taobao will not. This is the reason why sometimes you’ll get feedback that the goods are out of stock although the webpage shows they are being sold.
What’s more, some seller will tell everybody the goods are in stock because they don’t want to spend time in checking the stock unless you pay that!
Therefore, we can only learn that after we bought the goods.
So far, there is not better way to solve this problem, we can only be at ease after we receive the goods.

Some customers would like us to check the availability of goods at first. We are sorry that we can not do that for you due to the following reasons:
1) Even the goods are in stock, the sellers will not reserve that for us. After you pay, the goods might have been sold.
2) Some seller may not provide us the right information. Most sellers open stores as bywork, they won’t know the exact stock after they go home or ask their coworker, at this time, in case of losing customers, they will tell everybody that goods are in stock. But actually, they are not.
3) Some sellers are Zero Stock. They live near the factory or the distribution center. After we buy, they will wholesale that directly from factory or the center. (This is why sometimes we told you we have bought the goods, but in next day, we tell you that’s out of stock.)
4) Every yoybuy sales should handle many orders every day, they won’t have spare time to check that for you.
Therefore, dear customers, please do not ask us to check the availability for you. Thank you very much for your understanding!
