Skittles Marshmallow Pops
Ingredients and Tools Needed:
1 14-oz. bag Skittles.
1 bag large marshmallows.
1 large bowl of water.
5 separate bowls (one for each flavor).
A grinding bowl or food processor.
A handful of festive straws.
A polystyrene block or tall glass for serving.
Directions:
Separate Skittles into piles based on color. Grind each pile into a fine powder using a grinding bowl or food processor. Pour each flavor’s powder into a separate bowl. Skewer a marshmallow with a festive straw, dip in water, then dab on a paper towel to remove excess water. Coat each marshmallow by generously sprinkling or rolling in the desired Skittles powder. Prop them up in a polystyrene block or a tall glass, let dry, and serve.
