Instructions

1.First add the centrifuge tube with the materials to be separated and insert them into the holes of the centrifugal head. The mass of the material added to the centrifugal tube must be basically equal.

2. Close the cover, turn on the power, and select the required speed and working time according to the instructions on the panel.

3.Press the approval button and the start button again, and the centrifuge will start to work. When the set working time is reached, an alarm sound will be issued automatically.

NOTE

1. This machine uses a series-excited motor, and its carbon brush generally takes about 500 hours. It should be replaced in time to avoid wear of the commutator after the carbon brush is polished.

2. The noise standard of this machine is less than 70dB (measured at 1 meter with a centrifuge).

3. The weight deviation of each group of plastic protective tubes should not be greater than 0.2 grams. Generally, after the protective tube is damaged, it should be replaced in time. One group can be replaced at the same time or symmetrically together to minimize the deviation.

4. In operation, the weight and length of the two symmetrical glass test tubes (including the test volume) should be equal. If the deviation is large, it will cause shaking.

5. The rotary disk should be protected from corrosion due to strong acids and alkalis.
