A dark roasted blend with low acidity, with notes of chocolate and nuts.	Our DARK ROAST coffee does not have a bright black color like FRENCH OR ITALIAN ROASTS, because our objective is to lower the acidity, taking care of not burning the sugars and thus the bitter taste that we like so much predominates without reaching a burnt taste.	Consuming fresh roasted coffee guarantees that all their profiles and notes are available to give you a good taste, aroma and a rich experience.

Blend: Coffee blends of different origins

Variety: Specialty coffee will always come from the Arabic coffee plant. They are divided in 2 main groups: Typica and Bourbon, which generates more varieties with the unique genetics for different objectives and/or regions.

Altitude: The most coveted coffee beans are generally grown at higher altitudes, due to the favorable climate conditions found there, coffee grown at colder temperatures and cloudy conditions tends to ripen more slowly which allows the development of more complex characteristics.

Process:

Natural: Artisanal but hard to find consistency due to less manipulation.

Profile: Low acidity, bold with fruity flavors.

Washed: Particular characteristic for its origin (region).

Profile: Bright flavors with floral and fruity notes, a clean and light cup.

Honey: Named after its viscosity not its flavor.

Profile: Sweet with fruity hues and moderate acidity.

Roast Levels:

Light roast keeps more acidity and the subtle aroma of the beans.
A medium roast is the more balance in terms of notes and flavors.
Dark roast generates a stronger coffee with a unique bitterness but less acidity and bolder body.
