Every return, whether from a store or from a consumer, is analyzed and repaired if needed and offered as a refurbished product that is electrically and mechanically sound.

With a refurbished product there may be a minor cosmetic fault such as a small scratch or ding, but these cosmetic faults never impact the performance of the refurbished mixer. A refurbished product carries a 6 month total replacement warranty on anything except cosmetic damage. KitchenAid will send a replacement and arrange for pick up of the original unit if there is a mechanical issue within the 6 month warranty.

The accessories that come with a refurbished product may vary slightly from the accessories that come with a new product, however all mixers will include a bowl, dough hook, flat beater and wire whip.
