Our UOTO Kids smartwatch is not compatible with Verizon or Sprint's network. If your personal cell phone is with Verizon or Sprint, it's ok. You'll need to download the "Leefine" App to set up and operate the watch. But for the watch itself, we recommend you use the Speedtalk, AT&T or T-mobile's network.
