We wanted to create a product that is as intuitive as possible. Parents are busy, and don’t need any other cumbersome gadgets to have to master. The setup of the Torch router is simple right out of the box. Torch let’s you create a profile for each child, and a separate profile for the adults. Drag and drop devices to the profiles of those who use them, so you no longer have to play device manager. And we know each child is different, so each child’s settings can be different too. As a bonus, Torch provides real, human tech support for any questions you may run into.

Most people have never logged into their router or tried to configure parental controls to understand just how convoluted it is. When we thought about designing our experience for families, we knew it had to be simple and intuitive. The way parents navigate Torch is almost effortless.
