Fully saturate sponges with water and squeeze a few times, they will transform to become lovely & soft.

Synthetic sponges typically have artificial chemicals added. Natural sea sponges, however, contain natural enzymes that make these kinder to your skin. ​The lack of synthetic chemicals mean sea sponges are a healthier choice to artifical sponges.

To care for natural sea sponges, rinse thoroughly after use and let air dry completely. To freshen, soak sponges occasionally in warm water with baking soda. Rinse afterwards to ensure all baking soda has washed out completely. A properly cared for sponge can give many months of bathing pleasure.

Our sponges are responsibly harvested. Their bases are left intact which encourages reproduction, stimulates re-growth which often results in healthier sponges.

All sea sponges will degrade with use, regardless of type or brand.

Easy to store: The sponges are supplied in a useful breathable drawstring bag which can be hung from a suction cup (not included); sponges should be fully dried before storing.
