Made to exacting standards by expert blade-smiths, the perfectly balanced Titan Forge Pro Series boasts a full tang for extra strength and durability. Each blade is crafted from a single piece of 7CR17MOV high-carbon steel, vacuum and heat treated to 57 HRC and hand-sharpened to 14-15 degrees per side giving you a screamingly sharp, double-bevel edge that’s easy to maintain and sharpen. Each stain and corrosion resistant blade is brought to a beautiful polish by hand before undergoing rigorous quality control tests.

The ABS/TPE polymer blend black ‘Crius' handle ensures a heat, cold and moisture resistant grip, while the precisely engineered and chef certified shape provides a satisfyingly secure hold–if your hands get wet or greasy you can remain confident in your control.
