This Dixon SM25F15T brass swivel suction adapter has a 2-1/2" female National Standard Thread (NST) on one end, a 3" male National Pipe Taper (NPT) thread on the other. The swivel connection reduces stress on fire hose when connecting and its pin lugs allow the connection to be tightened using fire equipment tools. The swivel adapter's brass construction provides corrosion resistance, ductility at high temperatures, and low magnetic permeability.
