This laser tube insert a red laser pointer to let the laser path visible. So thet you can adjust laser path, mirror mounts and laser head easily.

Solutions to common problems of CO2 laser machine

• Low Power: (1)Whether there are scratches and dirt on the surface of the output mirror of the laser, and correct placement of the support points; (2)Output current, supply voltage, cooling water temperature, cleanliness, flow size; (3)The cleanliness of focus mirror and reflective mirror, whether there is a fever phenomenon in the machine or migration of the optical path in the work.
• High Voltage Ignition: (1)Check if there is any sundries around the high voltag connector or too close to the metal part.(2)The indoor environment is humid to cause conduction phenomenon. In summer, Chiller should be pay more attention to the condensate. (3)Whether there is any short circuit and damage in the high voltage connection device of laser power supply.
• Rupture of laser tube and water cooling head fall off:(1)The best water temperature should be controlled at 15 -25℃, the cooling water can not be frozen in the cold area. After the laser is closed, the cooling water can not be stored in the laser tube when the temperature is below zero centigrade.(2)The luminescence must be operated under the control of water protection; (to test whether the laser will glow or not glow with water passing through it). (3)Whether there is any pressure-folding in the water cooler of the cooling water. (4)Whether there will be bubbles in the laser tube. (5)Whether the water pressure flow is normal, and whether the flow direction is low into high out.
• Attention matters of laser tube
• Please check whether the power supply is connected and normal operation, the pump is working. If the pump to stop working, please turn off the power in time to avoid the high cooling water temperature caused the internal device rupture. When the cooling water temperature is too high, please replace the cooling water in time to ensure the normal operation of your machine.
