Purpose-built for the security of duty officers, the Safariland 6390 ALS open-top holster features the ALS (Automatic Locking System), an internal locking device that retains the weapon in all directions immediately upon holstering, with no straps or snaps to manipulate. The holster is completely operable with the thumb and once the ALS is deactivated a simple straight-up draw is used. Constructed from durable SafariLaminate, the Model 6390 ALS holster has a suede lining to protect your firearm’s sights and finish. This holster features a mid-ride belt loop that allows the handle to sit just above the belt

SLS Level 2 Retention The SLS or Self Locking System adds another layer of security. Simply push down and rotate forward as you obtain your shooting grip; to close, pull back on the hood, and the SLS self locks. Check chart below to see included models.	ALS/SLS Level 3 Retention The combination of the ALS and SLS retention systems provides a level 3 retention system.
