Made in the classic harness style, with front and back cross straps and a sole strap â all three tied into a Harley-Davidson Bar & Shield O-Ring that faces to the outside. The toe is rounded. There is a front facing metal Bar & Shield badge near the top of the shaft. The vamp is smooth. With YKK locking inside zippers and a large Velcro closure tab, the boots are a breeze to pull-on. PORON is built into the boots, providing ankle impact protection for maximum safety and comfort in every step. Made with full-grain leather with a full-length mesh lining, the boot's Vibram rubber outsoles provide optimum traction, comfort and performance, whether riding or walking around. A Vibram logo is inserted into the street-side instep. Seven Harley orange diamond shaped tread elements are inserted into the street-side sole. The boot's sole, insole and upper are bound using resoleable Goodyear Welt construction processes, the most labor intensive and durable construction method available.
