Anti-Fatigue Interlocking Carpet Tiles

Our durable yet affordable carpet tiles are the go-to temporary solution for trade show flooring, conferences, and more. They create a polished and professional look with minimal effort, and they can go through 10-20 shows before ever displaying any signs of wear.

The show floor isn’t the only place you’ll love these eco-soft carpet tiles, either. Plenty of people also choose to set them up in their basements for low-maintenance comfort.

Use these foam carpet tiles for a variety of applications where long-lasting comfort is a priority, including: Trade show flooring, Basement flooring, Temporary home gym flooring, and Exhibit booth flooring for conferences.

Each padded tile measures 2’ x 2’ with a thickness of around 14mm. They interlock together with ease and come with finishing edges to customize them into center, edge, and corner pieces.

The whole tile is designed to be waterproof, absorb sound, and reduce temperature transfer from cold subfloors. To achieve this, the backing of the tiles are made from closed cell EVA foam rubber. This foam is at once resilient and springy underfoot, and these anti-fatigue properties ensure that our tiles are comfortable enough to stand and walk on for hours at a time.

Polyester carpet fibers cover the tile with a soft yet durable surface that resists moisture and staining. You can choose from a selection of attractive colors, including gray, brown, and even red, so you’ll be sure to find something that matches the look of your space.

If this is a temporary installation, calculate how many tiles will fit the space beforehand. Make sure you leave an expansion gap that’s roughly the thickness of the tiles.

You shouldn’t need to use an adhesive during installation since the weight of the tiles should be enough to keep them together. However, if you notice the tiles moving or sliding, you can apply double-sided tape around the perimeter to keep them secure.

DIY Installation

Installing interlocking carpet tiles is simple enough to do on your own without any problem. For a quick and easy installation, all you have to do is follow these steps:

Clean your subfloor so it’s free of dirt, grease or debris.
Place the first corner tile in one corner of the room. Add border tiles along the adjacent walls, and continue following the edges of the room.
When you’re working on a permanent installation, and you come up to an opposite wall, cut the tiles to fit the area.

Maintenance and Portability

To keep these carpet tiles in top shape, you just need to treat them like your carpet at home. Vacuum on a medium setting to remove any dust or debris. To take care of spills and stains, you can wipe the tiles with a damp rag, or pull them up to run under warm water.

Since the tiles are made of foam, you can run the risk of puncturing them with heels or heavy equipment. To reduce that possibility, use furniture sliders under heavy objects to prevent dents and puncture marks.

Our economy grade carpet tiles also have a high density EVA foam backing to help provide comfort and cushion under foot.
