Preparations:

①Use this silicone brush to wipe silicone cake pop moulder (top and bottom) with oil. This will ensure that your cake pop will be removed easily from the moulder.

②Start by filling bottom part with batter (prepared in advance)-almost to the rim and then cover with the top cover.（-- Remember: below the rim-and cake pops will have flat top, too much-and they will ooze into each other or even spill over.）

③When your covering the bottom part of the moulder, be sure to lock the top of each hole.Pinch each side of the moulder.

Baking:

① Place the cupcakes baking pan in a preheated oven, on a baking sheet paper or a baking pan, which is for stabilizing the mold when baking and bake it at around 375ºF.

②Baking Time: Think in terms of 15-25 minutes (temperature and baking time may vary – Batter and Oven Dependent!).

③ The top cover has holes for steam to escape, and conveniently to test - using a toothpick - if the pastry is ready!

After Baking:

①When baking is done. Put the silicone in a rack. Pinch each pop. Then turn the silicone moulder at the other side and do the same. Pinch every pop gently. Be sure you wearing your pot holder. It's super hot!

②Gently open to avoid breaking the cake pop. Then, pop pastries out easily into a serving plate.

③ Rinse and clean using hot water and dry with a paper towel after each batch.
