The NuWave Bravo XL channels 1800 Watts of power through three quartz heating elements on top and two on the bottom, cooking your food from the inside while super-heated air circulates and seals in the juices. Better still, you are in control, setting the power levels for both top and bottom elements, as well as the fan speed, according to your recipes and your tastes. The combination of adjustable power to the top and bottom heating elements as well as the super-heated cyclonic air allows the Bravo XL to lock in flavor and juiciness, and improve crispiness, while cooking out unhealthy fats and oils.

Best of all, the Bravo XL's fan system has three adjustable speeds so you can customize the fan speed to perfect suit whatever dish you want to create.

The NuWave Bravo XL comes with an integrated temperature probe that controls the cooking cycle based on your food’s internal temperature rather than the oven temperature or cook time. Adjustable in precise, 1˚ F increments, the probe turns off the unit when the set internal temperature is reached ensuring you'll never under or overcook your meat, poultry and fish ever again.

How The NuWave Bravo XL Works

The NuWave Bravo XL uses a digital switch built into the unit that cycles on 120 times per second, checking the temperature inside the unit every time and minimizing temperature fluctuations. Other countertop ovens and air fryers oftentimes have their cooking temperature deviate by as much as 40°F which is no way to properly cook. The NuWave Bravo XL ensures that the temperature you set is the temperature you get.
