1. Spread our Garlic Hummus evenly over a tortilla; make sure to leave a 1 inch boarder around the edge.

2. Add your favorite sliced veggies in rows across the tortilla (pictured here: red peppers, yellow peppers, carrots, cabbage and spinach).

3. Tightly roll up the tortilla, cut crosswise into pinwheels, and serve.
