Our bags have a light dusting of food grade anti-caking powder to keep the bags from sticking together. The powder will disappear when dipped in hot water.

Place chicken, head first into the bag. Twist the bag and secure with the zip tie. In the section of the breast pierce the bag with a 1/4" whole, so the air can escape.

STEP 2:

Dip the bag in the hot water (185-200°) for 3-5 seconds.

STEP 3:

Place the freezer label over the slit and enjoy your beautifully packed meat!
