In a third medium bowl combine the pink coloring, the grapefruit scent, 1 tsp binding oil, and 1 tsp water.

3. While whisking constantly, slowly add your blue liquid mixture to 1/3 of the dry mixture until incorporated. Repeat the process with the pink and green mixtures. The dry mixture may fizzle a little as you add the liquid. The mixtures should now have the consistency of damp sand.
