Problem:If Indicator Light is not on:
Solution:The receiver light is green when Turned on & Connected; If the light is off, make sure the transmitter is on firstly.
Problem:When the product does not work normally, no sound:Please follow the solutions below to check whether the current operation is correct.
Solution 1.Please make sure that the phone is connected correctly,
if your phone is 3.5mm mic jack , please connect U-shaped adapter (insert microphone hole) together. If no U-shaped adapter, or the receiver is plugged into the earphone of the U-shaped adapter, no sound.
Solution 2. If there is no sound, please check whether the connection is wrong.Or the transmitter and receiver are no paired, restart the transmitter and receiver.
Solution 3.If your Phone is iPhone7 and above versions,please make sure that your 3.5mm-lightning adapter cable is purchased on the Apple‘s official website! (Not included in our packaging ). Need use original 3.5mm-lightning adapter.
And please make sure that the Apple Lightning Adapter cable you purchased supports audio input. Some cables only support audio output.

Solution:To listen to your recording, please UNPLUG the mic from your smartphone or any other compatible device and press "Play".
