The Kleynhuis Strainer Pouch Idea
I’ve been a long-time fan of making my own yogurt, but never liked any of the methods I found out there to strain it. Cheesecloth was too messy and/or wasteful. I tried coffee filters, but didn't like that I'd need to use several at a time. Other ways were plastic, expensive, or awkward to store.
So, I had an idea to make my own yogurt strainer. I designed and sewed the pattern for the original prototype; I made more Greek yogurt and tweaked the design; and then I spent a year figuring out how to make it available to others.
The result: The Kleynhuis Greek Yogurt Strainer Pouch. I hope you love it as much as I do!
