Question 1: Can this camera use another third-party APP except "CloudEdge" and " Meari "?

* This battery camera does not support third-party APP . Since the interface of public APP is open , it will be easily cracked by hackers , the information leaked may be misused by others . For your information security , please use the APP recommended which will minimize the attack of hacker. Please download APP CloudEdge or APP Meari .

Question 2 : Why CloudEdge APP can not be found sometimes?

* This is caused by Google Play by reviewing CloudEdge and making it inactive temporarily. You can wait a few days till it back on available. Or you can download Meari App instead , it supports this wireless battery security camera perfectly as well.

Question 3 : Why my battery camera does not record?

* Please make sure there is no any obstacles (including transparent glass) in front of the camera . It will send you alerts if it detects thermal radiation of human. Any obstacle (including transparent glass) can reduce thermal radiation which will interfere the PIR function. This will stop the battery camera working normally, but you can still use remote viewing from your mobile.
