The Atom was designed to excel at any coffee grind and to make the adjustment between them easier. Switching from a 20-gram espresso dose to a traditional drip grind required only two rotations of the grind adjustment. Combine it’s quickness with the quiet operation and you have a truly unbeatable grinder.	Stepless Micrometric Regulation System With nearly infinite burr settings, the Atom offers fine control over grind size. That large micrometric grind adjustment knob on the upper right side has arrows showing the direction for fine and coarse, as well as marks with numbers. And the smooth mechanical feel of the adjustment is a pleasure. Changing the grind by one number on the dial allows the Atom to be quickly changed from longer espresso extractions to concentrated ristretto shots.	ACE System (anti-clumps & anti-static) Eureka products are designed to produce the best quality grounds and meet the most refined needs, without complicating the life of the baristas. Eureka's anti-clump and -static grind chute help keep your grounds fluffy and your countertops clean. Capable of producing all types of grounds in the most suitable ways to satisfy the preferences and peculiarities of each barista, its 450-watt motor dispenses wonderfully fluffy grounds with accuracy and speed.

Blow Up System

"The mechanism" eliminating the retention with a blow. Designed for specialty coffee, the mechanism action generates an air flow able to keep clean the chamber of grinding, while grinding all the coffee beans, without waste, for a perfect coffee taste.

"High Speed" Maintenance

Handy and easy maintenance operations! The composition of our burrholder set can be dismantled removing only 9 screws, and permits a quick replace and clean of the burrs, as well as a remarkable amount of time and coffee saving. While the Atom is overall an incredibly clean grinder, regular maintenance does include cleaning out the burrs on occasion. The top burr of the Atom is easily removable for cleaning and maintenance, while adjustments happen at the lower burr, so your grind setting will be saved after cleaning.
