And behind each bottle, the passion revealed is that of the men and women of the olive tree.

Our delicatessen products, both savoury and sweet, are developed based on exclusive recipes either by our experts or in partnership with one of our 23 master chefs. The same quality and traceability selection requirements are applied to all products under the OLIVIERS & CO brand.

Thus, the range of Balsamic Vinegar allows to sublimate dishes with a mixture oriented towards the optimization of taste and flavors.

After a long-aging process in rare wooden barrels, we obtain a beautiful dark color and honey-like consistency resulting from a slow reduction of Trebbiano grape. Our vinegars are produced in Modena and has no added flavors to its exceptional texture and color.
