Cold Brew Coffee
Have you ever wanted a refreshing cup of iced coffee but can't stand how it always ends up watery or overly bitter? We have the perfect solution, Cold Brew Coffee. Cold Brew is a unique way of brewing coffee with time instead of heat. This method calls for cold water and a longer extraction process that leaves behind the acids and oils which are released with traditional brewing methods. The end result is bold, cold, refreshingly smooth, and less acidic coffee that last up to 2 weeks.
Making Cold Brew Coffee in the comfort of your very own home is much easier than you imagined. Simply add your favorite coffee coarsely grounded into the filter, add cold or room temperature water to the carafe and store for 12-24 hours (depending on your preference for taste).
Customize Your Brew
If you're a professional barista, coffee connoisseur, or just a perfectionist, we encourage you to tweak your brew until its perfect for you. Adjust the bean type, roast level, grind size, brew time, water-to-coffee ratio as you experiment to create the perfect taste, aroma and caffeine level.
Tea Infuser
The BOCHA carafe can also be used to brew hot tea. Simply add your favorite loose leaf tea into the infuser and add hot water. Steep to your desired taste and remove the infuser when its ready. Keep your tea warm by placing the lid on the carafe.
Product Care
When brewing is complete, remove the micro mesh filter from the carafe and empty the coffee grounds or tea leaves. Rinse the filter with warm water and use a non-abrasive material with soap to clean the filter and carafe. If you notice your filter starting to clog, soak it in two parts water and one part vinegar for 30 minutes and rinse and dry.
NOTE: This device is 100% dishwasher friendly. Be sure to place the carafe and other attachments securely into the dishwasher.

Grind 10-12 tbsp of your favorite coffee beans to coarse size and add to infuser.
Add Water
Pour filtered room temperature water over the coffee grounds until carafe is nearly full (1000ml line). Stir the coffee grounds in the filter to ensure it is evenly soaked.
Store & Enjoy
Place the cap securely on the carafe and store in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours. Remove the cap and filter to pour yourself a perfect cup of cold brew coffee. Place the cap on securely to store up to two weeks.
