The Handy Vacuum Sealer works with the Zipper Closure and Air Valve on the Vacuum Bag. Once air is removed, the Bag forms a tight seal around the food.
1. Fill and seal the Vacuum Sealer Bags .
2. Place the bag flat on the counter making sure there is no food above the Maximum Fill Line or under the Air Valve; Close the over after putting the food stuffs into the container.
3. Use sealing clip ensure the bag completely sealed.
4. Put the manual pump on the air valve, pump the air out. Release the pump when bag becomes tight around food. Normally, it takes 8-15 seconds.
5. Freeze food immediately (Dry foods no need to be freezer).
