Gummi Bear Layer Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups flour 4 large egg whites 1 tsp salt
2 &1/2 cups sugar 4 large eggs 1 & 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder 1 & 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 tsp baking soda 3 sticks butter, melted
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line 2-3 round cake tins.
2. Mix dry ingredients minus cocoa. Mix cocoa w ¾ cup hot water until a paste.
3. Add wet ingredients. Whisk dry ingredients.
4. Pour batter in tins. Bake 10 mins. 5. Cover with icing & gummi bears.
