Uses:

For Baking

Mix dry ingredients i.e. Cassava Cauliflower Mix and brown sugar
Next, whisk in wet ingredients until well blended
Pour batter in oiled baking pan or cupcake pan
Bake at 350 F for cupcakes (approx. 20 mins) or till light golden brown, bread (approx. 50 mins). Fully baked when toothpick or small utensil comes out almost clear

For Pancakes & waffles You’ll need:

1.5 cups Iya Foods Cauliflower Baking Mix, 1 egg, 1.5 cup any milk or water, Optional 1 tsp butter or oil, a pinch of cinnamon

Pancakes:

Mix until well combined. If too runny, add more mix, if too thick, add more water or milk.
Cook over medium heat on preheated oiled griddle or pan for 1 to 2 mins per side. Serve and enjoy

Waffles:

Mix until well combined
Pour in waffle maker and let cook for approx. 3 - 5 mins
Serve, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy

Other Baking: Use as you would a multi-purpose baking mix by adding any additional ingredients as needed and bake.

Next, whisk in wet ingredients until well blended
