French Onion Dip Ingredients 1 cup Sour Cream 1 Tablespoon Dried Chopped Onion 1 teaspoon Onion Powder 1 pinch Garlic Powder 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley, Or 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley Directions: Place sour cream in a small bowl. Add dried onion, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and parsley. Mix together very well until completely uniform. Taste with a chip and adjust seasonings if necessary. R efrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the dried onion to soften. Store in the refrigerator for 5–7 days.	Easy onion garlic bread 1⁄2cup butter, softened 1teaspoon garlic powder 1⁄2teaspoon onion powder 1⁄2teaspoon parsley flakes 1loaf Italian bread, sliced 2 -3tablespoons grated parmesan cheese Directions: Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix well. Spread butter mixture on bread slices. Lightly sprinkle on cheese. Broil bread 2-3 min or until golden brown.	Life-changing vegan cheese sauce Ingredients 2 c peeled, cubed potato 1 carrot, chopped water for boiling 4 Tbs olive oil 1/2 c unsweetened almond milk 3 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp smoked or regular paprika 4 tsp mustard (Dijon or brown work well) 1 tsp lower sodium soy sauce or tamari Directions: Combine the potato and carrot in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and transfer to a food processor or power blender. Add all the other ingredients to the food processor and process for about 2 minutes, or until totally smooth. Serve over veggies, potatoes, rice or pasta for a healthy meatless meal!
