Q1:Will the data in the phone be lost after changing the battery?

Q2 :Is it easy to install?

A2:We offer both paper user manual and installation video on YouTube which makes the installation easier. Browse some video guides online before disassembling, and read our manual carefully. If you met any difficulties, we are always here for you.

Q3 :Why battery won’t charge?

A3: Maybe bad connect. It is necessary to re-install the battery and install it correctly. When installing, use a plastic pick to firmly press the middle position of the battery terminal cooper contacts (the middle is the data end), make sure the contact is good, and then fully secure the screw of the battery,.the performance will get its best after full charging and discharging three times.

Q4:. Why the battery I bought is not fully charged after installation?

A4: For security, the battery is never fully charged when leaving factory and testing. It’s normal that batteries level is between 5-80% charged when you first put into the phone.

Q5: The battery capacity is incorrect in the test application.

A5: Due to the limitations of the application store developer, all applications downloaded from the application store can only read the capacity of the original battery. Our batteries are rigorously tested in the lab before shipping to make sure the capacity is 2200mAh.
