Installing Peel and Stick Carpet Tiles: It’s Really That Easy!
Once a tile is placed, there’s virtually no chance of it accidentally coming loose. It’s going to stick around for as long as you want it, but not a minute longer. That means, if you pull up all your tiles, you won’t have to deal with any left-behind residue on your subfloor.
It’s easy to keep your carpet looking new and lovely. To prevent stains, be sure to immediately clean up any spills with a cotton cloth and clean water. Any vacuum with a beater bar can cause damage to the carpet, so ensure your vacuum is safe for the flooring if you do choose to sweep the tiles.
The great thing about peel and stick tiles is that they’re so cheap and easy to replace in a worst-case scenario. If you do get any tough stains that just won’t come out, or a tile is worn down or torn, you can replace the damaged tile with a tile left over from installation.
