Terracea was founded on a simple idea – That outerwear should be able to be worn anywhere, for any purpose. Whether you need a jacket that can keep you protected from the elements during your daily commute to work, or to keep you warm, dry and comfortable throughout your weekend trip up to the mountains. We created Terracea as a brand that would resonate with people that lead busy and active lives, and who demanded greater functionality, versatility and quality from their clothing. With this concept in mind, we launched a brand new collection of Men's and Women's fleece jackets that were built from the ground up. With a tapered cut and modern styling, our fleeces were designed to seamlessly move with your lifestyle. We thought, why not have a fleece that can take you straight from your Friday afternoon office meeting right into your Saturday morning hike? There were so many other fleeces on the market that focused on everyday comfort and wearability, but didn't focus on offering the additional performance needed to function as a true outdoors jacket.

After extensively evaluating hundreds of different fleece vendors and their materials, we decided to go with the ultra plush, Polartec Wind Pro premium level fleece. Polartec is the top name in the game when it comes to performance fleece. Wind Pro fabric is constructed to be 4 times more wind resistant than standard fleece, and includes a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish, keeping out the cold and moisture while maintaining superior breathability. Advanced performance and an incredibly soft hand feel mean you stay cozy all day. The unique fabric composition combines the breathability of fleece with the warmth of an insulated jacket, all while boasting a high warm-to-weight ratio along with an incomparably soft and luxurious hand feel. Terracea is also one of the few brands that construct our fleeces entirely using Wind Pro material.
