Our cashmere is highly durable but pilling in cashmere is normal. Please use a small pair of scissors or sweater comb to carefully remove the little balls.

Wash by Hand

Use cool water.
Turn garment inside out.
Be sure to use baby shampoo or cashmere and wool shampoo.
Soak for two hours before removing the garment (do not agitate).
Press out the excess water with a clean towel, do not wring the garment.
Never place cashmere items in the dryer.
Lay garment flat on a towel and reshape as it dries.
