Ingredients:

1/2 cups carrots, chopped 1/4 cup sweet corn, fresh or frozen 1/4 cup pie pumpkin, peeled, seeded and chopped

Steam ingredients and transfer all of the ingredients into the blender and puree for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth. If puree is too thick, add in reserved steamer water, until you reach your desired consistency.

Avocado Puree

Ingredients:

1 organic avocado

some breast milk, formula or water

Mash the avocado with a food processor.

Mix with breast milk, formula or water to reach desired consistency.

CARROT, APPLE and RICE PUREE

Ingredients:

1/3 cups carrots, chopped, 1/2 cup apple, chopped, 1/4 cup rice

Chopping carrot and apple into small cubes or pieces, put them in baby steamer basket, blending them and then mix with rice, we recommend you cook rice with a rice cooker instead of the baby food steamer. Of course, you can blend rice with apple and carrot at the same time.
