Our boat motor camo vinyl wrap uses state-of-the-art print technology to produce high definition camouflage patterns and cast materials, with a high watercraft durability rating. Don’t spend a fortune getting camo from the manufacturer. Get the utility of camouflage and the versatility of being able to change patterns based on your intended use. Wrap comes standard with a matte finish, making it ideal for your hunting boat.

Our camo vinyl boat motor graphics are available in 4 sizes and conform to all 2 and 4-cycle boat motors. Wrap comes as 5 precut pieces for the motor case and 3 pieces for the lower unit. Additional material will be needed to cover other areas of the boat, including the interior, sides, and transom.

Material is highly conformable and uses air release technology to provide a clean, bubble-free installation. Material is removable when desired and won’t leave behind an adhesive residue. We recommend using an edge sealer on watercraft applications.

Step-by-Step Installation Guide:

Step 1. Make sure the boat motor is in an environment between 60 and 95 °F. Wash the motor thoroughly. Then use a wax and grease remover on the motor.

Step 2. Apply 3M 94 primer around the edges and recessed areas. Less is more. This helps with adhesion.

Step 3. Apply sections of the vinyl to the motor at a time, starting at the back before moving on to the side, front, and finally the top. This causes the seams to overlap in a way that works best for weather conditions. Use squeegee tool and pressure to conform to curves. Peel back and adjust as much as needed.

Step 4. Use scissors to cut an irregular edge along the side pieces, then use the squeegee tool to lay the edges back down. This hides where the pieces come together. Then trim along the edge of the rubber gasket connecting the hood to the lower unit of the motor.

Step 5. Use heat to conform around edges and curves.

Step 6. Repeat the process to apply vinyl to lower unit. Apply, squeegee, trim and heat. Once vinyl is completely applied, use an edge sealer on all edges to protect from weather conditions.

Step 7. After installation: Apply heat and pressure over the graphics to reduce internal stress on the vinyl and ensure proper adhesion. Keep product stored above 60 °F for at least 12 hours to set the adhesive bond.
