It allows you to create a professional bodyweight training station in any garage, workout studio, covered patio, or group fitness training zone.

TWO KINDS OF SCREWS FOR MULTI-USE:

The hex lag screw can be used for directly fastening into wood. Common applications include retaining walls, deck frames and outdoor play equipment. (If you want to drill a hole for it, the hole should be smaller than 3/8” and depth with 2/5”.)
The expansion anchors bolt can be used when working in concrete, brick and block base material, and can even be used in soft masonry and base materials of questionable strength. You need to pre-drill a hole for expansion anchor screw. Diameter pilot hole: 0.47”~ 0.5”; Depth of pilot hole: 2.17” ~ 2.36”. Concrete drill bit size: M12; Socket head size: M14.
