STEP3:Continue pulling out teh section3 with the arrow pointed to the "LOCK" symbol,until the metal button pops out and lock it in place

STEP4:Release the quick plip-lock lever to adjust height to your comfort,then close the filp-lock lever to lock

Disassemble:When you want to disassemble the pole,just pull out the section3 and turn the arrow to "UNLOCK" system,then push the pole in

NOTICE:If the flip-lock is loose,you can tighten thunbscrew by tuyning it clockwise
