The Onyx General Purpose family of life jackets features classic open sided styling for an everyday life jacket for all water activities. Quick release buckles and 1" belts provide a secure fit. These vests are U.S. Coast Guard approved. Available in infant, child, youth, adult universal and adult oversize to outfit the entire family, and bright colors to add visibility on the water. The outer shell fabric is durable nylon with a soft poly-twill inner liner.

Infant- features a leg strap, pop-up pillow, and grab strap for quick recovery (Infant less than 50lbs).
Child- features a leg strap for added safety (children 30-50lbs).
Youth- fits youth 50-90lbs
Adult Universal- fits adults chest 30-52" and over 90lbs.
Adult Oversize- fits adults chest 40"-60" and over 90lbs.

To meet U.S. Coast Guard requirements, and to be legal on the water, a recreational vessel or water craft must have a U.S. Coast Guard (160.064/3750/1, 160.064/3005/0, 160.064/3004/0, 160.064/3003/0) approved life jacket for each person on board. Federal law requires that when a vessel is underway, children under 13 years of age much wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejacket. However, state laws may vary. Check with your state boating safety officials.
