Please note the app is NOT SUPPORT 5G WiFi, please try the 2.4G standard network and restart the router
We recommend to connect your home WiFi and set it on the app. please check the gateway led is indicate slowly flash red or not.

I didn't Receive Push Notification?

Check the App and Your Phone Setting: Open the device settings on the app to check if "receive information push" is turned on. Check if you allow TUYA app to push notification on the your smartphone settings.
Check the signal strength of the WiFi: If the WIFI signal is too weak, the gateway cannot connect properly. Plug in the gateway closer to the router to make sure that a good WiFi signal is available.
