Guardian Fall Protection Cyclone Harness

The Cyclone Harness offers superior comfort, styling, and safety. Our design engineers took the basics of what makes a harness effective and safe, and made holistic improvements to allow workers to do their jobs more comfortably and with added versatility, all without breaking the bank.

It features ultra-flow padding that helps keep moisture away from the body, and the double-grommeted tool belt provides the ultimate in support.

Installation:

Before connecting, fully inspect harness to ensure all straps are not twisted and all buckles are unfastened.
Place harness shoulder straps over shoulders. Ensure dorsal D-ring faces out and is placed between the shoulder blades.
Connect leg straps around thighs with no twisted webbing.
Adjust chest strap height to lower chest level, approximately 6in. from top of shoulders.
Adjust all straps to fit snugly, but still allow for a full range of motion.


Personal Fall Arrest Cyclone Harness can be used to support a maximum 1 PFAS for use in Fall Arrest applications. Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 5,000 lb. Maximum free fall is 6ft., or up to 12ft. if used in combination with equipment explicitly certified for such use. Applicable D-ring: Dorsal.	Restraint Cyclone Harness can be used in restraint applications to prevent workers from reaching the leading edge of a fall hazard. Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 1,000 lb. No free fall is permitted. It may only be used on surfaces with slopes up to 4/12 (vertical/horizontal). Applicable D-rings: Dorsal, Chest, Side.	Work Positioning Cyclone Harness may be used in Work Positioning applications. Work Positioning systems allow a worker to be supported while in suspension and work freely with both hands. Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 3,000 lb. Maximum allowable free fall is 2ft. Applicable D-rings: Side.	Rescue/Confined Space Cyclone Harness may be used in Rescue/Confined Space applications to safely recover a worker from a confined location or after exposed to a fall. Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 3,000 lb. No free fall is permitted. Applicable D-rings: Dorsal, Chest, Shoulder

Product Description The Cyclone Harness is ideal for a variety of applications, including Fall Arrest, Work Positioning, Rescue, and Rope Access. It is designed with a unique “X-back,” which prevents harness straps from tangling, as well as a specially cushioned mesh net for better shock absorptions. Combination buckles on the shoulder and leg straps make this harness incredibly adjustable, and the web keepers on the shoulder straps allow for excess webbing to be easily secured. This harness also features a designed user identification patch, allowing for users to customize their harnesses without jeopardizing webbing integrity. A variety of component configurations are also available.
