Instruction:

Open both vales
Fold sleep pad in quarters or in half from toe to head to release the majority of the air
Close both valves
Unfold sleep pad
Begin to roll sleep pad from toe to head (with valves still closed)
When you get to the pillow portion of the sleep pad, open one valve to release the remaining air then finish rolling sleep pad
Close valve
Secure sleep pad with velcro straps then place sleep pad into oversize bag
