This children's petticoat is designed to be knee length for most wearers. Actual length varies according to size. This petticoat is available in Petite and Small. The Michelle is made with layers of luxurious nylon designed for extra lift for your overskirt. We've purposely chosen a fabric with a softer feel so kids can wear it all day without the itchiness of other brands. This crinoline is so poofy on its own, you won't need more swing and lift to fill out a cupcake dress, so there's no need for a hoop skirt. Not designed to be used with a bustle. Fabric is opaque enough to wear this garment as a skirt without giving a peek at their underwear.

As a full circle rather than a half, this petticoat has plenty of room for movement, so it's perfect for wearers of all shapes and sizes. We use a high quality elastic for the waist that provides ample stretch, but won't dig into fragile skin no matter how long it’s worn. Unique three buttonhole waistband lets you adjust the looseness and tightness. Can be made short or long by running the elastic through one of three different tiers in the waist. A perfect garment to grow into!

All Malco Modes undergarments should be hand-washed and hung to dry. They can be machine-washed on a delicate cycle with Woolite or Forever New, or whichever gentle detergent you prefer. As with hand washing, do not put through a dryer on any cycle. For extra volume, use a hand steamer the day of wearing.

Malco Modes Fullest Knee-Length Pettiskirt (style 575 - Michelle) Trimmed with stiff binding, to help retain fullness. Material is light enough to be used as a petticoat or underskirt, but with high opacity, allowing use as a skirt as well. This slip is constructed with a unique, adjustable elastic waistband that can be shortened with no sewing is required! The waist size can be tightened or loosened by one to two inches, just by moving the button. The length of the skirt also can be customized to match the hem of your skirt. This slip is a half-circle cut, giving the wearer freedom of movement without so much fabric it gets in the way. Enhance your special dress by adding some body and fullness with this slip.

X-Small: waistband stretches from 21 inches to 38 inches; length can be adjusted from 18.5 to 19.5 inches

Small: waistband stretches from 23 to 42 inches; length can be adjusted to 19, 20, or 21 inches

Medium: waistband stretches from 25 inches to 46 inches; length can be adjusted to 20, 21, or 22 inches

Large: waistband stretches from 27 to 50 inches; length can be adjusted to 21, 22, or 23 inches

Hand wash warm. No bleach, or the colors will run! Drip or cold air fluff dry. Steam to de-wrinkle and fluff. We also offer a mesh bag that doubles as a storage bag and safe way to wash your petticoat and other delicates.
