This famously simple, yet ultra-rich diaper ointment is free of added fragrance, common allergens and irritants, so it’s perfect for dry, sensitive, allergy-prone skin. Our water-free formula is ultra-concentrated and preservative free, so it’s less likely to irritate even the most sensitive skin. Vitamin-grade zinc oxide treats and prevents diaper rash while purified lanolin leaves a protective coat moisture barrier on the skin. Added coconut oil and licorice help soothe sore bottoms.

It’s cloth-diaper safe and doesn’t contain any petroleum-based ingredients or fragrances.
