ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: While the steamer is in operation, it should never be tilted past 45 degrees and never turned upside down. Do NOT use the steamer on clothes that you are currently wearing. Ensure that the clothes are on a hanger while steaming. Make sure you test a small swatch of fabric, cloth, or linen to ensure colorfastness.

INSTRUCTIONS: Unscrew the nozzle cap. Fill the tank with distilled water to the “Max” line. Replace the nozzle cap. Turn the power switch to the ON position. The light will illuminate indicating that the steamer is on. After approximately 1 minute, steam will start to emerge from the steamer. Keeping the steamer vertical; you may now steam away any wrinkles you may have! As the unit runs out of water, it will automatically shut off. You will notice this happens when the light shuts off; however, the power switch will remain in the ON position. If you want to continue steaming clothes, turn the power switch to the OFF position and start at the beginning. Once you are finished, turn the steamer off and remove the plug from the outlet.

We are a family-owned business specializing in products to be used in and around your home, office, etc. that will make your life more enjoyable & relaxing, and hopefully will decrease some stress when using our products. As a family, we were tired of buying products that were of poor quality, fell apart after a few uses, or just didn’t work altogether.

Bob (dad), Konni (mom), Tracy (sister), and John (me) looked into products that we personally wanted to use. We had a few products on Amazon that we knew could be successful, but we didn’t know the marketing strategy or how to actually implement what we wanted to do. In January 2018, we decided that we were really going to get serious. We’ve been doing a ton of research, working with suppliers, tweaking our products, and trying to launch our business as successfully as we could. Obviously, there will be changes and glitches that happen, but I think we now know what it takes to really deliver a quality product that everyone will enjoy.
