XS up to 55 lb
S from 55 kg to 110 lb
M and L from 110 lb
For suitable knee pads, bend your leg by 30° and measure the circumference with a tape measure about 1.5 in above and below the knee.
For hand and elbow protectors, the arm circumferences should also be measured at the marked points.
