The right shoulder pad fit is crucial to a football player's safety. To get the right fit for the TAG ALT III, you'll need to measure the player's shoulder width and chest.

To determine the player’s shoulder width, locate the tip of the humorous of each side of the player’s shoulders. Measure across the natural contour from the tip of the left humorous to the tip of the right humorous. Do not measure straight across. The number at the tip of the right humorous is the measurement to record for the shoulder width.

To determine the player's chest size, measure around the upper torso, beginning and ending in the center of the sternum area. Where the measuring tape meets is the measurement to record for the chest size.
