Salad Ingredients:

15 oz Hellmann’s Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
5 cups Arugula, packed
2 cups Watermelon and 2 cups Melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), medium dice
2 cups Papaya and 2 cups pineapple medium dice
2 cups Celery, thin sliced
1 cup Basil, chiffonade and 1 cup freshly chopped Tarragon
2.5 cups Prosciutto, fried until crispy, roughly chopped
Black Pepper, to taste

Prosciutto and Mixed Melon Salad

Prepare the Salad

Combine half of the Hellmann’s Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing with 5 cups of arugula and mix until the greens are coated.
Combine fruit, celery, herbs, black pepper, and remaining Hellmann’s Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing and mix until well coated.
Top the mixed arugula greens with the fruit salad. Garnish with 2.5 cups of crispy fried prosciutto and serve.
