How to Install Distinction House Numbers


Step 1 Using masking tape, place template in desired location and check that they are level.	Step 2 Center punch the mounting holes where indicated and remove templates.	Step 3 Floating Mount: Use a 1/8” drill bit to drill 1” deep. Next, use a 1/4” bit to finish mounting holes. Flush Mount: Use a 1/8” drill bit to drill 1-1/2" deep. Next, use a 5/16” bit to finish mounting holes.


Step 4 Attach studs to the back of each number using small adjustable wrench. Insert number to confirm fit. Note: do not over tighten	Step 5 Remove number. Then fill mounting holes with clear silicon caulk. Push the number into the mounting holes.	Step 6 Use masking tape to hold the number in place while the caulk cures. Remove masking tape after the caulk has cured.

How to Install Distinction House Numbers
